Just installed JLT on my 95

Default Just installed JLT on my 95

Hey guys, I just installed a JLT CAI kit on the 95. Check it out here:

No, I didn't get a chance to do it. I was asked to do a tech article by a site and with the deadline, I didn't get a chance to put it on the rollers.

JLT claims up to 20 HP with the kit. I'm going to either consider the numbers it puts down with the JLT kit the base line or I'll pop it off before I do other mods where it'll have to come off to do it (MAF, TB, etc.) and dyno it then.

Looks great! I always liked the JLT stuff.. I was going to get my ex one but, she's now the ex and that would be stupid. lol!

Haha, that is true!
Yeah, they do a nice job. They're a little tough to install some of them (03-04 Cobra comes to mind) as on some of the oval bore throttle bodies it's tought to get a round part to fit on there. It's like fitting a square peg in a round hole

They do work, especially on the later modular cars.

Been there.. had a friend who owns a shop, and I've helped from time to time.. you learn alot about these cars when you work on them. lol! like what parts go where and what looks like it would be a simple job, isn't. lol!

No kidding! That's always the way! I make sure if there's something I'm doing on my daily driver, that I have an out, somewhere. I try not to start projects on Sunday nights - well on my daily driver, that is.
